After Crystall reports installation..

hi all,
Below error i'm getting after installing crys rep server. Kindly any one provide the solution on the same thanks in advance.
Server Error in '/slxwebrpt' Application.

Hi,
What version of Crystal Reports did you install? I have come across the same error when installed Crystal Reports version10 and then read the Saleslogix Implementation guide that you must install crystal reports XI and install SP3 for crystal reports. I haven't yet installed the version XI with the service pack
