SLX v7 multiple applications crash

Hi folks,
I have a problem with two SLX 7 installations (one my own laptop, one my biggest customer) both are patched to sp1.
Saleslogix seems to go all flaky whenever more than one app is using SLX ole DB Provider. For example I can run a training course all morning on SLX client, but when the delegates leave and I decide to have a bit of fun in the architect, all hell breaks loose and I get error messages referenceing 'Storage' and memory issues. Sometimes it is so severe that I cannot even start the second app (Architect) other times it just hits after I open a plugin. Now my laptop has 2GB of RAM (and we are just talking wee demo dbs) so there is no issue there. The fix seems to be close both apps then reopen one (but only one mind!) - I had put it down to my bad set up of my laptop but my customer is getting it too - we are both on SQL server 2000 if thats a consideration.
Now I remember in the past that we were not meant to open two SLX apps at the same time, but thats old advice isn't it?
Anyone else getting this.

| I saw something that sounds like what you describe during beta or the first V7 CD but have not seen it since. Did you install SalesLogix from the V7.0.1 CD? If not I you may have missed some Service Pack, or HotFix. |

Hi Frank,
I didn't even know that there was a v7.0.1 CD! I installed off the v7 CD but have since installed sp1 - surely that negates the fact I installed off v7? Surely installing v7 then sp1 = installing off v7.0.1 CD?
Anyway I have just installed hotfix 1 which sounds vaguely like it could be something connected so fingers crossed.

The V7.0.1 CD also fixes some issues with the install process, so installing off the V7.0.1 CD yield different results.
You should also check out the HotFixes for 7.0.1
