Hi all,

I work with saleslogix 6.2

I have an office princial and a remote office and sincrinozación not working.

I entrance to the client synchronization and a file(WNM800006UJ9) is processed and client synchronization dies.

I search the file (WNM800006UJ9) and the file is in "c:\RemOffice Sync Logs\WGLogs" I delete the file (WNM800006UJ9).

Then, I entrance to the client and synchronization works, but after a few minutes I have the same problem, but now with the file (WNM800006UL2).

You can help me?

I'd be hardpressed to think it was the file - it could be a whole number of things that might cause sync to die. In the world of computers, the word "dies" can mean a lot of things - did you get an error message, does it just stop, did your computer freeze up - what happens, exactly? What have you tried to resolve the issue?
