Purged Account Transactions not Synchronizing Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

SalesLogix v6.2.3 - SQL 2000

I purged accounts signed in as Admin on a network connection. The transactions then do not go out to the remote for the user that it would affect. Is there a known bug and/or solution? I'm thinking I could either cut a new database or send a SQL statement to the user. But then what is the point of the Purge function?

Purged?.. Did you use Tools->Maintenance->Purge Records... ?

Also.. noticed you are on 6.2... any reason why you have not installed SP6?

Yes, exactly -- tools\maintenance\purge records... then choose the option where all accounts in the current group.

No reason we haven't installed SP6 other than time resources and we are moving to v7 in 3 months.
