We recently upgraded form SLX v5.2.6 to v7.0.1 HF 3.

We have a process where my remote users will mark a contact status as "Archive" then there is an administrator on the host database that will search for "Archived" contacts and move them to our Archive database and then execute a SQL statement that will delete the contact from the database.

Users are moving contacts to Archive status on their remotes, then that data is getting synced into the host DB and the administrators are removing the contacts, but the data is never getting deleted off the remotes. Any thoughts?

I'm looking at the Sync tab in Workgroup admin and noticing the new "Team Owner Profile" that all my primary team members have assigned to them and looking to place some blame there, is this part of the problem? Please help!

What are the "administrators" doing to delete the contacts?
Executing SQL? - What does the SQL look like?... How are they doing it? (vis the SalesLogix Admin?...)

RJ,
They're executing a SLX SQL script, which worked in v5.2 but appears to not be working in v7.0 the same way. I think I'm just going to have to re-write that.

"RAW" SQL that work fine pre provider certainly may not work v7.x.. seen that many times..

Test it with Execute SQL in the Admin.
