Using an agent to email a report

Good day,
I need to email a report once daily using an agent. I have the agent set up, and when I run the sync cycle at the time that the agent should run, I can see that the agent is started. However, no email gets delivered to the address that I entered. I am pretty sure this must have something to do with the email setup, but I cannot get much detail on the online help, and I don't know where else to look.
I can see that you have to have a mapi client installed and running on the server, but surely somewhere you must tell SLX which client you are using, and what username and password to use. I cannot see where this should be set up if indeed it should be.
Thanks a lot!

Microsoft Collaboration Data Objects is installed on the Sync Server, but I think the synchronization service may have been run the first time with the local system account instead of a domain account. It is specified in SLX documentation that a registry key is created the first time the Sync server is cycled manually, and that at that first sync the logon user must be a domain account with local admin rights on the sync server. If the first sync was already run on the local system account, how can I ensure that the registry key is created correctly subsequent to this?

Hi Ina,
You just need to log into the machines as the domain user and run the sync server manually - this will create the relevant registry keys for the domain user. Then start the synchronization service and all should be OK.
