Remove Table From Sync

Hi there - can anyone detail the process for removing table 'X' from the sync process?
I know how to disable sync'ing to remotes for a table. But how do I remove the table, or at least the table's data, from existing remote databases?
(SLX 6.2.5, SS 2000)

Try remote task.. osql .. delete from...

| You could use the Execute SQL function in the WorkGroup Administrator to send a delete from X statement to a remote user or to all remote users. |
