SLX v6.2.4 SP4

We are experiencing long sync times reecntly with our remote users...in the past our individual syncs were very quick..for someone to sync would only take them 2 to 3 minutes...now some people are experiencing 10 to 15 minute wait times....I have been using the trns viewer for the first time as we have never had problems in the past...

I am not necessarily sure what i am looking at but did notice that there were certain types of transactions...there are ParamSQL, Update2, and SQL2 types...i tried looking in my documentation but could not find anything...could someone here let me know what each of these types of statements are doing?...

John,
These are internal "tags" that are part of the protocol between sync server and sync clients. AFAIK the only (user) documentation available is what is in the Admin help file under SalesLogix Utilities.
