Plugin will not sync to remote office

I have a screen that is released to a handful of users. The screen will not sync to the remote office. I have saved as a new version and re-released several times. Any thoughts on how I can get this screen out to the remote office? Thanks |

We have been having a similar issue and the only way we could get the problem fixed is to un-release to all users, manually synch, re-release, and synch again. This however does not address the root issue of new plug-ins or changes to existing plug-ins not releasing successfully to remote servers. |

We encountered a similar problem concerning synchronization when adding a new (remote) user to a group to give the user access to the group's plugins. The plugins were not released to the user's remote db. But when we removed the group from all the plugins that were released for this special group, released the plugin and then added the group to the plugins and released them again everything was fine ... |

I suggest you go to manage plugins and delete ALL "copies" that are not the current released one. Then edit/save/release the one left. Now go back and delete the last one so that you only have one copy.. the released one. -- RJLedger - rjlSystems "...Customer First..." |
