Sync Client set to auto does not seem to work consistantly

I have been pushing all my remotes to set their sync clients to automatic sync but every once in awhile one of them has trouble. They get pretty frustrated because they have it set but then still get on my 'bad list' of non-syncers.
Any ideas why this happens? Running 7.22 |

| Same thing on 7.0.1. All I can do is instruct them to go into Task Manager and kill the syncclient.exe and reset the auto sync. I also tell them that if the see the blue slx icon in the sys tray, the auto sync is working. If not, get to the killin |

| Same thing happening in our environment -- 7.2.2. We have been seeing a correlation between the sync stopping and ROVA usage. When the user brings the laptop back on the Network after being on ROVA it doesn't get reset properly. Let me know if any of you see this as well. |
