Sync server not working after upgrade

Hello,
I have a server where was running Synchronization correctly for several years. Last December SalesLogix was upgraded to 7.5.2. Since then sync is not working any more.
The first thing is that is taking ages on the server run the sync. When I go to to the log file I can see errors like this:
[11/01/2010 09:40:19] The incoming file D:\SyncLogs\Infiles\ZIP-BELF-AC0018R.BKRR appears to be corrupt.
[11/01/2010 09:40:19] The incoming file D:\SyncLogs\Infiles\ZIP-BENG-A4001Q3.BKRR appears to be corrupt.
[11/01/2010 09:40:19] The incoming file D:\SyncLogs\Infiles\ZIP-BMP2-A8000RB.BKRR appears to be corrupt.
[11/01/2010 09:40:19] The incoming file D:\SyncLogs\Infiles\ZIP-BQSR-A2001XV.BKRR appears to be corrupt.
[11/01/2010 09:40:19] The incoming file D:\SyncLogs\Infiles\ZIP-CMDBM1V-AB00178.BKRR appears to be corrupt.
[11/01/2010 09:40:19] The incoming file D:\SyncLogs\Infiles\ZIP-CMDBM1V-AB00180.BKRR appears to be corrupt.
[11/01/2010 09:40:19] The incoming file D:\SyncLogs\Infiles\ZIP-CMDBMWL-A9000DQ.BKRR appears to be corrupt.

If nothing is changed, why is now not working? I checked the security rights on the folders are correct. Somebody can help me?
