Upgrade

Hi, I'm having problem with my 6.2.4 version running on MS 2K server. The applications (Administrator, Architect, local client) no longer launch. But the Citrix user can still use the application. We can no longer fix the problem on that version even if we tried to install in different machine. I'm trying to find way to upgrade from 6.2.4 to 6.2.6, I would like to know where can we get the upgrade? We don't have a vendor support right now. |

The Upgrade, although not supported, may be available through your BP.
However, if I am not mistaken, you have to be under at least Maintenance Contract with SAGE to be elegible to receive updates.
You should talk to your Business Partner and/or SAGE to figure out your next steps. |
