Former associates of mine developed something interesting that integrates with twitter. Twitter Atlas, you can check it out at www.freshlogicstudios.com It's very cool.
I believe the link to atlas is atlas.freshlogicstudios.com

I just read an article about twitter "heckling" which was pretty interesting and made me look it up (I hadn't heard about it before). I'm not sure I'm really buying the whole concept, although I haven't looked at the atlas integration.
I imagine most of my interactions on twitter would be something like:
**What are you doing right now? **ME: - Right now, I'm minding my own &@%$#&@ business!

Haha.
You know, the whole basis of twitter is the question "what are you doing?", although very few people use it that way. The concept of micro-blogging is really more about (for me anyway, and apparently everyone that I follow) throwing these (sometimes) useful facts out there that are not quite worthy of an entire blog post.
I like it since it has turned to be a way to keep up on new things (both of professional interest and personal) without the need to do a lot of reading.

Man, I've got to get some geek friends. Seems pointless with one follower! |
