Crystal Reports in 6.2.6 Web do not run for 1 user

We have two reports that do not run for 1 user. When they click the preview button, it asks for a user id and password. The only similar issue in KB is for 6.2.3, but we are at 6.2.6. I can run the reports under my ID (not Admin) through the web.
Is this a report issue or a user security issue? |

| We believe this was the old syncing of passwords between web and web reporting. The business customer had recently changed their password. So we restarted Crystal on the web reporting server, and they are testing it now. |
