I have worked with SalesLogix since ver 5.0 My company, Avatech is a reseller of AutoCAD with AutoDesk and uses SalesLogix for their Sales Staff throughout the 18 Offices across the U.S.A. We are currntly using ver 6.2.6 but at some point in the future will upgrade to 7.5 or higher when it is time for us to upgrade. We DO not use sync, but instead use Terminal Server (through Remote Desktop) to connect to one of our 4 Teminal Servers for all of our users in all the 18 office with a direct connection to our HQ in Batimore. Where all of our servers reside. The SLX Server, Test Server, and the 4 Terminal Servers. We also use Dynlaink to connect to our Account Software Great Plains. Even tho I have only worked for this company a little over a year, they have been using Saleslogix since ver 4.0 and have put so much customiztions into, that it would impossible to do any easy upgrade. But, we are looking at it sometime in the future.
