Our billing application uses the SLAPI v6.2 to connect to our SLX6.2 (using SQLServer7 Database). We have have upgraded to the SLX v7.5 (using SQLServer2008 Database)
My questions are:
1. Can we use the old SLAPI v6.2 to connect to the new SLX7.5 Database?
2. If not, what are the adjustments we need to make on our billing application so it will work with SLAPI v7.5?
3. Do you have like a release notes that summarises the changes on SLAPI from v6.2 to v7.5?

We have version 7.5? Will this work with 7.5? Since you said URL Link is built in version 7x, do I just need to release the URL Link Toolbar Sample bundle in our SLX and forego the other steps?

It's there alright. Tried it with Account, Contact and Lead and they all worked fine. However for Ticket I always get an Invalid Record result. All I did was to copy paste the Ticket ID onto the command. Is there any particular reason it doesnt work same way in Tickets?

fiogf49gjkf0d Hi. Im very new to SLX and our company has just upgraded from v6.2.3 to v7.5. You mentioned that this SLX URL Link is built into v7. Please are you able to show or direct me where to access it in v7.5? Many thanks
